"The time is always right to do what is right."

Ryan Glenn Wingo

- Pro Cannabis and Pro Hemp:

LEGALIZE IT!  Preferably with an amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  We could end deforestation and the oil industrial complex with one shot, through the full blown legalization of cannabis and hemp worldwide.  If you don't already understand the benefits of cannabis and hemp in the year 2016, please take some time to educate yourself on the numerous benefits of these beautiful plants.

- Pro 2nd Amendment:

How are you supposed to defend yourself against a tyrannical government when it starts formulating into a militarized police state, due to fear?  What happens when said government no longer acknowledges the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights?  I believe the forefathers of this great country of ours understood that an organized entity such as a country's government will always have the ability to fend off the general population, but "We The People..." might not always be afforded this same luxury against said government.

- Pro GMO Labeling:

Everyone has the right to know what is being put into their body and if it has been altered through any means other than a naturally occurring process.

- Pro Choice (with condition):

I do not agree with abortions as I believe they are both morally and ethically wrong.  I also believe strongly in the individual liberties and rights of the citizen.  I believe that no man has the right to determine what a woman can do with her body and vice versa.  I don't believe the government should be involved in what should be a discussion between a woman and her doctor.  But since the topic of abortion can be a very important issue for people especially since we're talking about the proposed aborting of a future human being, that has no concept or distinction between good vs. evil, I wanted to clarify my stance on being pro choice.

I am pro choice in ALL situations that involve the female being a victim of rape or she faces the possibility of death if the fetus is not removed in a timely manner.  I am also pro choice regarding pregnancies in the first trimester (week 1 - week 12) and the second trimester (week 13 - week 28).  I am AGAINST ALL forms of abortion in regards to the third trimester (week 29 - birth), except in the fore mentioned situation of life and death of the mother.

- Pro Balancing of the Budget and Initiating the Paying Down of Our Nation's Debts:

It's called being responsible.  I believe by paying down our nation's debt we will in turn strengthen our nation's currency thus giving us more buying power.  Also, we need to actually look at the budgets we pass and cut out the wastefulness wherever we can.  This will allow us to have funds to help push us out of recessions as opposed to creating more debt to accomplish this task.  For example, we currently lose roughly $100 million annually from minting pennies and nickels.  Let's halt this wastefulness for a year and then reevaluate this issue on an annual basis.  What a novel idea?  I know it might seem tiny in importance but a bunch of little steps in the proper direction could have a profound impact in the long haul.

- Pro Dissolution of Membership in the United Nations, NATO, etc.:

We are a sovereign nation that needs to lead by example.  We should not allow our Declaration of Independence to be usurped by international governments, organizations, etc.

- Pro Reduction in Spending of National Defense:

We spend more money on national defense then roughly the next 10-12 countries combined, being a combination of both allies and adversaries.  We have hundreds of military installations located around the world.  Why?  We do not belong in the Middle East protecting the oil industrial complex or the poppy fields that grow there.  What better way to end PTSD then to stop deploying our military personnel into situations that are causing it?  As Frederick the Great expressed many years ago, "He who defends everything defends nothing."
